...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central South Dakota, including the following
  counties, Buffalo and Lyman.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 254 AM CDT, Doppler radar by 3 AM CDT indicated 1.5 to 2
    inches of heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fort Thompson, Oacoma, Reliance, Shelby, Gann Valley, Crow
    Creek Housing, Tailrace Rec Area, Lees Corner, Dude Ranch,
    Lake Francis Case, Etbauer Hill, Lake Sharpe, southeastern
    Crow Creek Reservation and southeastern Lower Brule
    Reservation.
