...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast South Dakota, including the
  following counties, Deuel and Hamlin.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 306 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
    the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Clear Lake, Estelline, Castlewood, Lake Poinsett, Hayti, Lake
    Norden, Toronto, Astoria, Brandt, Claremont Colony, Poinsett
    Colony, Dempster, Stone Bridge, Lake Albert, Lake Cochrane
    Rec Area and Hamlin Education Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
