...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast South Dakota, including the
  following counties, Clark, Codington, Deuel, Grant, Hamlin and
  Spink.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - First round of storms is impacting portions of northeast
    South Dakota, including counties in the watch area. Later
    tonight, another round of thunderstorms is expected. Heavy
    rainfall is possible, and area soils are already saturated.
