...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast South Dakota, including the
  following counties, Clark, Codington, Deuel, Grant, Hamlin and
  Spink.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Another round of thunderstorms is expected to move through
    the area during the morning hours. Heavy rainfall is
    possible, and area soils are already saturated.
