...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM
MDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations 6 to 12
  inches, except between 12 and 18 inches above 8500 feet. Winds
  gusting as high as 50 mph along the Johnson and Bartlett Mesas.

* WHERE...Northern Mountains, and Johnson and Bartlett Mesas
  Including Raton Pass.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 PM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Some roads
  may be closed. Significant travel delays are possible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow will lead to near-zero
  visibility at times, especially around Raton Pass.

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 8 inches, except up to 10 inches
  around Las Vegas and Clines Corners. Winds gusting as high as 50
  mph.

* WHERE...Central Highlands, Glorieta Mesa Including Glorieta Pass,
  Eastern San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding
  County, Northeast Highlands, and Union County.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 PM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Traffic speeds will be
  reduced. Allow extra time to reach your destination. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow may lead to near-zero
  visibility at times, especially along U.S. 64/87, U.S. 54, and
  Interstate 25.
