* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  West Central Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 845 PM MDT.

* At 812 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Holman, or 7
  miles northwest of Mora, moving east at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mora, Holman, Cleveland, La Cueva, Chacon, El Turquillo, Luceros,
  Rainsville, Guadalupita and Monte Aplanado.

This includes the following highways...
State Road 94 between Mile Markers 16 and 18.
State Road 518 between Mile Markers 22 and 43.
State Road 121 between Mile Markers 0 and 7.
State Road 283 near Mile Marker 13.
State Road 434 between Mile Markers 0 and 14.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
