...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SANTA FE COUNTY UNTIL
630 PM MDT...

At 603 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
La Cienega, or 9 miles southwest of Santa Fe, moving northeast at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Santa Fe, Eldorado At Santa Fe, La Cienega, Tesuque, Canada De Los
  Alamos and Agua Fria.

This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 271 and 290.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and
ponding of water on roadways as storms move through the area.
