...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY UNTIL 445
PM MDT...

At 419 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Jicarilla, or 21 miles northeast of Carrizozo, moving north at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Jicarilla and Ancho.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
