At 158 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Lincoln State Monument, or 15 miles northeast of Ruidoso, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Ruidoso, Lincoln, Lincoln State Monument and Fort Stanton. This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 88 and 102.
