At 924 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of gusty outflow
winds extending from 12 miles north of Texico to 5 miles northwest
of House, moving south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Clovis, Texico, Melrose, House, Saint Vrain, Ranchvale, Cannon Air
  Force Base, Oasis State Park, Tolar and Taiban.

This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 334 and 397.
