...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM MDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures will dip to 32 degrees or slightly below.
  Readings will be as low as 26 degrees near the Colorado border.

* WHERE...Upper Rio Grande Valley, including Taos, Taos Pueblo, and
  Questa.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area
  roadways, especially along U.S. Highways 56, and 64/87.
