imminent in the Friedenbloom... Ruidoso Downs and Glencoe areas.
Move to higher ground immediately. Do not delay gathering
belongings or try to protect your home. An evacuation shelter is
open at the Ruidoso Community Center and ENMU. Stay tuned to
