.DISCUSSION...
Strong southwest winds with gusts upwards of 35 to 40 mph today will
diminish this evening, but strong westerly winds will return
Wednesday. Winds will increase during the late morning hours and
persist through the evening. Relative humidity values will fall
quickly after only fair recoveries overnight. RH values will fall
below 15 percent between 1000 and 1200 local and will not rise above
15 percent until approximately 2000 local. Temperatures will be
around 10 degrees cooler than today and low temperatures Wednesday
night/early Thursday are expected to fall below freezing.
Temperatures will rebound a few degrees on Thursday, but light
breezes will return in the afternoon. Relative humidity values will
remain low Thursday.
