.DISCUSSION...

South winds increase this afternoon, peaking between 2PM and 5PM
when gusts may exceed 30 mph. RH will drop below 25% during the
afternoon, but there will be a fair to good recovery tonight. A
Pacific cold front will move through the area from the northwest
between Midnight and sunrise, changing winds from the southwest over
to the west. There is a moderate chance of a few gusts up to 30 mph
with its passage. There is a very low chance (<10%) of wetting
rainfall between Wednesday evening and Friday, with a trace of
precipitation most being most likely. Higher rain chances arrive
late week. There is about a 70% chance of wetting rainfall
Friday through early Saturday. Snow may mix in at times, but no
accumulation is expected.
