.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorm will continue to be possible until around 2
AM Saturday morning. Rich monsoon moisture will enable numerous
showers and thunderstorms to develop Saturday afternoon, then again
Sunday afternoon and evening. A few of the stronger storms on
Saturday and Sunday will be capable of producing wet microbursts with
erratic wind gusts potentially reaching over 50 mph. The most likely
rain amount Saturday through Sunday night will be around 0.40", but
there is a 10 percent chance that it could climb between 1.5-2.0".
