.DISCUSSION...
Elevated to marginally critical fire weather conditions exist this
afternoon, expected to subside this evening as prevailing
westerlies weaken. Some increased humidity will try to reach the
burn location tonight, however conditions look to quickly dry out
again Sunday afternoon as breezy westerlies return. A stray virga
shower or dry thunderstorm is possible near the fire location, but
unlikely. There is a greater chance for strong and erratic gusty
winds reaching the fire location late day and early evening from
convection south of the area. Improving overnight recoveries
result from this however Sunday night into Monday morning. Smoke
from wildfires in AZ may reach the fire location tonight into
Sunday morning.
