Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly or mountainous terrain there are numerous low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. Both localized and distant heavy rainfall will create sudden and dangerous flows in arroyos and over low water crossings. && LAT...LON 3331 10536 3336 10542 3342 10546 3338 10553 3336 10556 3334 10560 3338 10562 3340 10561 3343 10562 3350 10553 3357 10543 3356 10532 3339 10515 3325 10530 3327 10532 3331 10532 $$ 24
