Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms today will be capable of producing heavy rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour that could lead to flash flooding over recent wildfire burn scars.
