Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Deep moisture originating from former Tropical Storm Priscilla in the eastern Pacific is expected to lead to scattered showers and storms through this afternoon.
