...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest New Mexico, including the following
  area, Northwest Plateau.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Deep moisture originating from former Tropical Storm
    Priscilla in the eastern Pacific is expected to lead to
    scattered showers and storms through this afternoon. Repeated
    rounds of precipitation may lead to localized areas of flash
    flooding. Heaviest rainfall totals will focus near and along
    the Colorado border.
