...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 6 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central,
north central, and northeast New Mexico, including the following
areas, in east central New Mexico, Quay County. In north central New
Mexico, East Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains. In northeast New
Mexico, Eastern San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding
County, Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass, Northeast
Highlands and Union County.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 6 PM MDT this evening.
