NORTHWESTERN RITCHIE...NORTH CENTRAL WIRT...SOUTHWESTERN TYLER AND
NORTHEASTERN WOOD COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM EDT...

At 654 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 7 miles southwest of Belmont, or 10 miles southwest of
St. Marys, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, St. Marys, Vienna, Williamstown, Belmont,
Boaz, Newport, North Hills, Lower Salem, Maxwell, Schultz, Mountain,
Hebron, Pike, Devola, Highland, Willow Island, Walker, and Nutter
Farm.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 175 and 186.
 Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 7.
 Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 9 and 35.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
