Coastal Flood Warnings have been issued within portions of the St. Johns River basin south of downtown Jacksonville. Dangerous marine and surf conditions will continue through Tuesday. Strengthening onshore winds beginning on Thursday may result in an expansion of Coastal Flood Warnings and Advisories.
